I'm loving that WILW keeps me positive, mid-way through the week. :)

I'm loving the spring weather that we are having in Boston! Just kidding. It's 30 degrees and there are 10 inches of fresh snow in my backyard.

I'm loving what was hopefully the last snow day of the season, yesterday. I just LOVE snow days and really don't mind making the days up in June, but hopefully that was the last one! We start in August, so we are still getting out in mid-June, and teaching in June is easy. Plus, a four-day week is pretty sweet in March!

Looks like everyone was enjoying their snow day yesterday!

I'm loving that even though I was a lazy bones for most of the day yesterday, I still got all the laundry done and made a delicious dessert ~ Better than Anything Cake (adapted to be gluten-free) from Chef-in-Training.

I'm always loving my hard-working husband, who used his snow day yesterday to finish the hardwood floors in the hallway and install the doors on our two new bedrooms, before he was called into work for an emergency leak call.

What I'm Loving Wednesday

Here's what I'm loving today...

I'm loving that it is one day closer to Friday and we get to see some BFF's on Friday night!

I'm loving that our renovations are moving along nicely! The two new bedrooms have been painted, new carpet has been ordered for all three bedrooms, Jeff ripped up the carpet on the stairs and hallway and started the process of putting in hardwood floors in the hallway & stairs. It's already looking AH-mazing!

Yes, that's my cat drinking from the sink. The usual.

I'm loving that when I get home from work it is still light out AND it's nice enough to start walking the dog without freezing our tushes off!

I'm loving that Princess snuck into our bed last night for a snuggle. Hubs is anti-cat in the bed because she jumps on his chest in the middle of the night. I can't blame him for being scared out of his mind but he's too light of a sleeper :)

I'm loving that it is Spring Break from grad school! I would be loving it even more if I were somewhere tropical with a fruity drink in my hand, but I'll take just a week of normal life. You know, go to work every day and come home to spend time with my family instead of writing papers and reading insane amounts of educational research :)

I'm loving my new blog design! I finally started playing around with it and came up with something I adore. It definitely needs some tweaking and I have a lot to learn but I love it! What do you think? Any tips for me?

I'm loving my sweet babies, always.

I'm always, always loving my self-less, hardworking hubby. He has done every part of our second floor remodel himself after working at least 10 hours a day. Somehow he is still finding time to make dinner, clean up, and take care of Princess & Rocky when I've had long days with work and grad school. Love that man!

What I'm Loving Wednesday!

It's been a while since I've linked up with Jamie for What I'm Loving Wednesday but I'm baaaaackkkk! Here's what I'm loving this week...

I'm loving this spring summer weather we're having. 70's & 80's in BOSTON in MARCH! Say what?! We grilled & ate on the patio tonight & were chewed alive by mosquitoes. In March! It won't last long in New England, so I'm enjoying every second of it.

I'm loving that the trees are budding & flowers are blooming. I was thinking that trees would be bare on our wedding day. Not so sure of that anymore! :)

I'm loving that our wedding is in 39 days!! 39 DAYS!!!

I'm loving that my bridal shower is this weekend!! All I know is that it is an evening affair & I need to wear a cocktail dress. So FAB!! I'm LOVING my outfit for it, too! Take a look at those shoes! They're Baby Phat! What has the world come to?!

I'm seriously loving this sweet baby.

And I am ALWAYS loving this man. I will never figure out what it is that I did to deserve him!

What I'm Loving Wednesday

I'm linking up with Jamie again for WILW because I am absolutely LOVING this Wednesday.

I'm loving that SCHOOL'S OUT FOR SUMMER! I was channeling Alice Cooper as the kiddos made their way out the door and visions of margaritas danced in my head.

I'm loving that my first class of fifth graders graduated 8th grade this week. It is amazing to watch it all come full circle. If I'm picking favorites, which I always do, they were my favorite class.

I'm loving that my current students made me a book of love poems to display at my wedding. My co-teacher has been planning this for a while and it was such an amazing surprise. One of my favorites so far.. "Love. It's crazy. It's like a stroke of paint or wind that hits you right in the face but you like it. Or some new pair of socks that feel very good, but it really feels like a beautiful butterfly." That seriously cracked me up!

I'm loving that we ripped out the terribly awful shrubs in front of the house (seen below) and put in hydrangeas!! They're a bit wilty and haven't bloomed yet but I know they will be grand.

Bye, bye ginormous jungle bushes! (If you spy, what I spied in that picture, you get 100 points. Stay tuned if you want to find out!)

I'm also loving that we're having a rainy day, even on the second official day of summer, because our hydrangeas seriously need some water!

I'm loving that season 3 of Teen Mom is starting back up in a couple of weeks. I love these original girls and I love that I can stay up late to watch during the summer. I also have a serious addiction to reality TV. It's almost embarassing.

I'm loving that I got my second non-IRL friend comment on my blog! I'm always wondering if anyone is reading and that makes me feel happy! Leave some lovin' if you come by & leave a comment or start following! :)

Happy Wednesday! Here's what I'm loving today..

I'm loving that we've grilled our dinner every night this week!
Summer is here :)

I'm loving that there are only 9 and a half more days of school.
Can I get a hallelujah?!

I'm also loving that the air conditioner in my classroom started working again! When it gets steamy in there, those middle schoolers are ripe!

I'm loving my gel manicure.. I got a french manicure two weeks ago and it still looks fab! I spent a weekend swimming up at the lake, did dishes, did a bunch of science labs, and they're still going strong. I'm obsessed!

I had to get the bling bc it was so shiny from just doing the dishes that didn't ruin my nails :)

Is it already Wednesday? Here's what I'm loving today..

I'm loving that the Bruins are in the Stanley Cup Finals. I love being a Bostonian all the time, but these are the times that I love it the most.

I'm loving Chipotle burritos.. 'nuff said.

I'm loving that my baby brother has his senior prom and high school graduation this week.

I'm loving that we are 2/3 of the way through our wedding photographer appointments. Can't wait to get this checked off the list!

I'm up way too late! Happy almost Thursday!

What I'm Loving Wednesday

I'm loving that my best friend is getting married in less than two days. The wedding is on Lake Winnipesaukee on Friday and I cannot think of a better way to kick off the summer! Pictures and full wedding recap to follow next week!

I'm loving that Olivia is the Biggest Loser, even though I wanted Hannah to win it, too. Olivia and Hannah were my favorites right from the very beginning and they looked fabulous!

I'm loving that we are beginning to check things off the list for the wedding! I sent some friends out to pick up flip flops for the reception at Old Navy's annual $1 sale, thinking that I would end up with about 30 pairs because of the limit of 5 per customer. Well, those girls know how to shop! We have 105 pairs of flip flops! 1-0-5! I am so grateful for my mom, friends, and cousin! AND we almost have all of our appointments booked with wedding photographers for next week.

I'm loving my sweet fiance and the flowers that he brought home because I wasn't feeling well. He always knows just what to do.
